Preventative Services
General System
Start system to check for heating and cooling.
Test thermostat.
Complete refrigerant pressure check.
Pictures of the system will be taken and stored in the Motili platform: before cleaning, after cleaning, name plates, system/environment condition and address verification.
Indoor Unit
Replace filter with MERV 8.
Inspect indoor unit wiring for secure connections.
Vacuum blower compartment.
Clean evaporator coil.
Identify and seal all small air leaks.
Vacuum blower motor and wheel.
Clean condensate pan.
Clean surface of unit.
Check fan motor.
Clean drain line and trap.
Outdoor Unit
Clean condenser coils.
Inspect disconnect for safety concerns.
Inspect contactors for pitting points.
Inspect wires for secure connections.
Inspect capacitors.
Furnace
Inspect ignition system.
Confirm gas lines are secure.
Check blower motor amperage.
Inspect and clean burners.
Check gas manifold pressure.
Confirm secure flue attachement.
Inspect all 90% drain tubing for secure connections and cracks in tubing.
